What You'll Do:

If you're a Licensed Mental Healthcare Provider:
- Do initial intakes and recommend care options.
- Use DSM to guide treatment.
- Create strength-based treatment plans.
- Assess risk and support safety.
- Provide great therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
- Keep client records up to date.
- Collaborate across disciplines.
- Adapt as your clients need.
- Refer to specialists or resources when needed.
- Join weekly team meetings and case consults.
- Stay sharp with ongoing learning.
- Protect client confidentiality.
- Follow licensure rules and ethics.
- Network and engage with the community.
- Meet state reporting requirements.
- Promote our mission and values.
If you're a Nurse Practitioner:
- Create treatment plans that fit.
- Support client safety.
- Help with crisis situations.
- Team up with emergency services.
- Prescribe and manage medications.
- Teach clients about their meds.
- Use evidence-based therapy.
- Collaborate with our care team.
- Empower clients with mental health know-how.
- Use our digital tools for care and prescribing.
- Handle insurance paperwork.
- Order labs as needed.
- Handle outside paperwork (FMLA, referrals, etc.).
- Network and engage in the community.
- Seek supervision and consult as needed.
- Answer client questions and concerns.

Education:
- A minimum of a master's degree and an active license in mental health counseling or social work in the state where the clinic is located.
OR
- Master's/Doctorate in psych-mental health nursing + PMHNP-BC + state license.
Experience:
- 3+ years mental health experience.
- 2+ years leadership experience.
Other Must-Haves:
- US work authorization required.
