Join Our Team as a Senior Clinician

Are you an experienced mental health professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care? We're looking for a Senior Clinician to oversee our talented team of healthcare professionals, while also managing a personal client caseload. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Oversight:
    • Supervise Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Mental Healthcare Providers, and Administrative Assistants.
    • Lead weekly clinic meetings and develop agendas with leadership.
    • Ensure high-quality care through clinical audits, case consultations, and team support.
    • Implement emergency protocols and review them quarterly with the team.
    • Train and onboard new employees, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with Regional Clinic Directors to monitor KPIs and meet budget goals.
  • Clinical Excellence:
    • Provide clinical case consultation and guidance to the team.
    • Maintain compliance with licensure, ethical standards, and HIPAA regulations.
    • Participate in community networking and professional development opportunities.
  • Direct Client Care (if licensed as a Mental Healthcare Provider or Nurse Practitioner):
    • Conduct intake sessions, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic services tailored to client needs.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to community resources when necessary.
    • Stay current on developments in mental health or psychiatric care through training and research.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education:
    • Master's degree and active license in mental health counseling, social work, or psychiatric nursing (PMHNP-BC).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of three years of mental health service experience.
    • At least two years of leadership experience.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to build constructive relationships.
    • Commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and ongoing professional development.
